Pastor Tim attended Dayton Avenue for several years before being called to serve as a bi-vocational pastor in Washington Court House, Ohio. He and his family returned to Dayton Avenue in 2019 when he stepped out of the pastorate to focus on completeing a Master of Ministry degree at Cedarville University. Tim was recently called back into ministry to fill a new position at Dayton Avenue that combines his past experience, skills, and interests in a unique way. Tim has had a passion for Terminal Illness Ministry for many years. He always knew that end-of-life care would someday be a key element of his ministry, so he feels especially blessed to serve as Pastor to Senior Adults. It is Tim’s desire to build up and equip believers, and to provide gentle care for the flock entrusted to him. Tim is also excited to be part of the expanded intercultural/missions focus of Dayton Avenue. God is so good! Pastor Tim and his wife, Tammy, have three children: Hannah, Elijah, and Samuel.
